The South and East Bristol Foodbank provides three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
What we do
- Provide emergency food parcels to people in crisis, giving three day’s nutritionally balanced food (including delivering direct to people’s homes where necessary).
- Support people to budget, to reduce costs such as utilities and to tackle debt.
- Offer advice on benefits through our Benefits Advisors.
- Encourage healthy eating through our Eat Well, Spend Less courses.
